M&A integration authority joins boutique transformation firm ahead of summer launch of its AI Value System*
San Diego, Calif. — June 9, 2026** — Kissinger Group, a transformation consulting firm specializing in operating model design and the people side of major business change, today announced that Dr. Klint Kendrick has joined the firm as Expert in Residence.
Kendrick brings more than 150 transactions of merger, acquisition, and divestiture experience across organizations including Walmart, Boeing, SC Johnson, and Oracle. His work centers on the moments when organizations are under pressure to move fast while still making sound decisions about leadership, talent, culture, workforce risk, and the way work gets done.
