As we celebrate our 12th year, Kissinger Group has sought outside expertise  — always a good idea — and taken a dose of our own medicine to undergo a strategic reboot.

Why focus on transforming our offering? You might be familiar with the old proverb, “The cobbler’s children have no shoes.” That’s when someone is too busy helping others to help themselves. That’s us: Kissinger Group is the cobbler. 

So, we decided to address our priorities:

We started by reflecting on past engagements that yielded the most meaningful outcomes, then looked ahead to where we could make the greatest impact. What we learned is that we have delivered and will continue to deliver the most value in the space of transformation initiatives — specifically, helping clients manage large-scale change to stay many steps ahead, improve operations, and deliver more value.
