Lauren Feehrer, CCXP, is a seasoned Customer Experience (CX) strategist with over 24 years of experience in transforming customer interactions for diverse organizations. She began her career at Accenture, where she developed expertise in business strategy and technology implementation. She has since advanced into senior CX roles and, for the past eight years, has thrived as an independent consultant, guiding companies through complex CX challenges with strategic insight and practical execution.

Lauren’s career spans senior-level roles and consulting for both mid-market and global enterprises. Her extensive experience includes work in healthcare (Boehringer Ingelheim, Bayer, Zoetis, MJHS Health System), insurance/financial services (Radian, Celina Insurance Group, ACI Worldwide), and Retail/Technology (Dell, Ricoh, Best Buy). Her work earned her the North American Customer Centricity Award in 2022 for Best Customer Experience Strategy.

Her approach is both strategic and hands-on, enabling her to craft and execute customer-centric strategies that drive growth and profitability. Lauren excels in delivering tangible results that enhance customer loyalty and improve business outcomes. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies, Journalism, and Leadership from the University of Rhode Island, where she graduated summa cum laude. She is also a certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and a certified Scrum Master, underscoring her dedication to both strategic and agile approaches in her work.
