Linda is an M&A Professional with over 20 years of success in private and corporate global acquisitions leading DMOs, IMOs, capability and readiness assessments, synergy realization, and driving value early in the deal lifecycle. She has led roles in due diligence, pre- and post-acquisition integration planning, and multi-country integrations for dozens of merger integrations from $50M to $34B.  Linda’s M&A expertise is coupled with an extensive IT consulting background for a wide variety of Telecom start-ups as well as Fortune 500 companies.  Industry expertise includes Telecommunications, Professional Services, Technology, and Financial Services.

Before joining M&A Partners, Linda was VP of M&A Integration for the North American Region at Ericsson, Inc., completing over a dozen acquisitions ranging from mid-size consulting and systems integration companies to large multi-country legacy telecom software providers. 

Linda has an extensive consulting background having owned and operated a consulting company for over 14 years while working for clients such as T-Mobile, Sprint/Nextel, IBM, HP, and CSC Intelicom.  Linda started her career as an application developer at Texas Instruments in Dallas, Texas.  She is an active volunteer for the Gulf Breeze Baptist Hospital and a member of IMPACT 100 Pensacola Bay Area.
