She has worked with companies launching a new or updated strategy and helped them identify the operating model and organization design that will bring the new direction to life. Briana excels at helping clients help address their challenges in a timeline that considers their objectives, team bandwidth, and budget and delivers a solution that is tailored to their organizational needs and culture. Most recently, she’s been advising organizations on the changing world of hybrid work, and new ways of working.

As a trusted advisor, Briana has also spent time with individuals and teams as an executive coach, partnering to identify their personal roadmap and removing barriers to success.
