His leadership at Syngenta’s Latin American business transformation saved that company $30M, while his digital privacy transformation at Toyota Financial Services ensured on-time compliance while maintaining operational efficiency.

Gerardo holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UCSD and MBA from London Business School, along with a PMP certification from PMI, combining technical expertise and business acumen to create actionable solutions that drive long-term success.
