Sara Escobar specializes in employee experience, workplace strategy, and operations. She believes innovation in how we work ultimately improves how we live! Her clients and former employers have included top companies in tech, media, hospitality, government, and finance.

Sara’s experience spans 20 years. She has led Workplace and Real Estate for top tier companies including Hulu, Netflix and Riot Games, where she oversaw worldwide workplace strategy, real estate, workplace design, construction project management, facilities, workplace programs, operational M&A integrations, workplace systems implementation and data analytics, and safety and security. As Hulu’s original employee #2, her experience spanned multiple phases of company growth through a 12-year tenure. 

Sara holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Oregon. She has published research studies and articles and speaks as an expert on workplace and employee experience at some of the top industry gatherings. She lives in Los Angeles, CA with her husband, Michael. Together they enjoy travel, wine, the beach, and playing with their dogs, Gretyl and Rita. She also volunteers her time with multiple philanthropic agencies including the Susan G. Komen Foundation, Planned Parenthood, KidSave, and For Goodness Cakes.
