Tanya is an accomplished organization development and program management executive with 25+ years consulting to the global Fortune 500, spanning multiple industries and countries. She has led transformations at various consultancies such as PwC, IBM, Willis Towers Watson and QP Group.

Tanya thrives when given the opportunity to connect, engage and partner with people, supporting them to move beyond their envisioned capabilities. She believes that when organizations have the right people in the right structures and roles, equipped with the right processes, tools, and technology, each individual can THRIVE, and anything is possible. Tanya’s experience spans across the entire organization development and program management spectrums, including organization design & implementation, PMO design and operation, M&A due diligence and post integrations, business process improvement and governance design & operations.

Tanya holds her MBA from Columbia University and BA from UC Irvine in Economics, with double minors in Business Management and Spanish Literature. She is a PMI certified Project Manager.
