A former U.S. Marine and a high performing change management consultant, Ogbe brings over 25 years of professional services experience, including 15+ years of results driven change management consulting to help clients deliver effective organization change across their organizations. 

Drawing upon decades of expertise, including two-way communication strategies, grassroots enablement and empowering of impacted employees, managers, and leadership stakeholders, as well as personable ability to engage with all stakeholders to reduce resistant to change and increase change adoption, Ogbe is positioned to help engage and mobilize your organization to effect change, from small scale changes to major enterprise-wide transformational change.

Ogbe is an expert at engaging with leadership, COOs, CFOs, SVPs, VPs, and Directors, down to frontline employees to strengthen alignment and commitment and translate strategy into actionable plans that inspire employees to perform at their best. Ogbe holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Finance from Columbia University and is certified in Prosci ADKAR®, Kotter, and CCMP change management methodologies. These qualifications underpin his extensive expertise in organizational change management (OCM), where he employs both strategic and hands-on tactical approaches to drive successful transformations.

Ogbe’s OCM focus areas include digitalization with tools like Oracle AI Copilot, Dynamics 365 Copilot, and Salesforce AI. He specializes in integrations, business automations, and streamlining processes, leveraging technologies such as GenAI automations. His experience with major enterprise transformations, includes M&A, reorganization, and various operational workflows (e.g., Lead to Cash, Procure to Pay). Ogbe’s expertise also extends to Oracle Fusion ERP, Salesforce CRM, SAP S/4Hana ERP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring comprehensive solutions for diverse business needs.
