Klint Kendrick
Dr. Klint Kendrick has spent his career helping leaders navigate the people, operating model, and integration decisions that determine whether major business change creates value. His work focuses on moments when organizations are under pressure to move quickly while still making sound decisions about leadership, talent, culture, workforce risk, and the way work gets done.
His experience spans mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, AI-enabled work redesign, and enterprise transformation. Klint has led or advised on more than 150 transactions across organizations including Walmart, Boeing, SC Johnson, and Oracle. Across that work, he has partnered with leaders to identify human capital risks, align teams around practical integration plans, and translate complex change into decisions people can act on.
Klint’s approach combines senior HR and M&A experience with a practical understanding of how organizations absorb change. He works with leaders to surface hidden risks, clarify decision rights, strengthen leadership alignment, and build the people-side infrastructure needed to support transformation. His work is especially focused on Integration Debt: the hidden cost of delayed, misdirected, or underpowered integration work that quietly erodes value after the deal closes.
Klint is the founder of Master Your Merger and Chair of the HR M&A Roundtable, a professional community focused on the people side of deal execution. He is also an Adjunct Instructor at NYU, where he teaches human capital management with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise transformation.
